Know Your History

"Those who forget their history are doomed to repeat it." That is a quote from somebody famous. Do you know who that person is? Post your answers. In the mean time, I will post a link at the bottom of this page for you to read. It concerns some activities that the US gov't was considering at one time. I guess you could say that it is honorable that these acts were not carried out, but to concoct such a plan makes me wonder if such an idea could be brought about again.
